Although a small company, NRT has significant corporate strengths.  We maintain full service departments in sales, manufacturing, and servicing for our customers and our products.  We utilize strong strategic relationships with overseas companies for selling our products and for providing servicing to customers using our products in Europe and Japan.   Most of our customers operate facilities on a 24/7 basis and we have a reputation in the industry for quick and effective response to these customer's needs.

In addition to our commercial activities NRT maintains a strong R&D department and is consistently a market leader for improving existing technologies and for introducing new technologies into our industry.  In NRT's manufacturing program extensive use is made of outside fabricators with final assembly and in-depth testing of equipment done in-house.

NRT has a full-time Customer Service Department, and NRT representatives install and perform service on NRT equipment worldwide including North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.  Much of our servicing is done over modem and broadband connectivity to NRT equipment in the field.
